The studio.

Two directions under one roof: the architectural one draws and documents; the creative one shapes how spaces feel and how they are told. Between them, places that work and move you.

Who we are

Andrea Domador

Architectural direction

Architect. She forged her method leading large-scale projects at top-tier firms in Panama: residential towers, corporate and hospitality, coordinating multidisciplinary design and engineering teams. That rigor of schedules, buildable drawings and zero surprises on site is now the standard of every ARQUIDOMA commission, whatever its size.

Renato Carmona

Creative direction

Creative director of the group. He carries the project’s visual narrative: concept, atmosphere, materiality and the way each space meets the world. He is the bridge to CAUSA and Carmona Capriles, the sister houses for branding and film.

Philosophy

Think, feel, solve.

01

Think

Every decision starts from a why: brief, budget, code and real use. Design stands on documents, not promises.

02

Feel

Atmosphere matters as much as the plan: light, texture and proportion are designed for the body, not just the photo.

03

Solve

The site is where design is tested: we resolve conflicts digitally first and stay through execution, on site or remote.

Method

From render to build, nothing lost in translation.

01

Visualize

Photorealistic renders and 360 tours so you decide with your eyes: what you approve is what gets built.

02

Document

Construction drawings, material specs and a catalog of real products with price and availability in Panama.

03

Deliver

Works management with trusted builders and clear reporting. Distance is no barrier: we have led full renovations remotely.

Background

Large-scale method,
spaces lived up close.

Before signing as ARQUIDOMA we led and coordinated tower, corporate and hospitality projects alongside large-scale firms in Panama. From that chapter comes the discipline we now apply to homes, retail and workspaces: critical-path schedules, cross-discipline coordination and absolute fidelity between what is approved and what is built.

01

Architecture

Functional proposals aligned with the client’s real life, ready to build.

02

Interior design

Spaces balancing aesthetics, function and wellbeing, down to the last fitting.

03

Management

End-to-end works coordination: quality, schedule and budget in a single conversation.

Let’s talk about your project.
