This full renovation in an exclusive part of Lechería proved we can cross borders: working remotely from Panama City we redesigned the entire unit. Walls came down, new spaces opened up, and everything was reimagined, from the kitchen to the ceiling lighting.
The key was total synergy. While Avant Design executed the civil works precisely from our documents, the Carmona Capriles team traveled to site to capture the process and the finished result. That triangular collaboration (design, build and record) gave the client visibility and confidence from start to finish.
